Traditional Caesar Salad – with the option of chicken or shrimp

Greek Salad – romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red peppers, black olives, feta cheese, cucumbers, and pepperoncini with a sweet basil vinaigrette

Windy Dog Salad – spring mix, iceberg lettuce, baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green and red peppers, seasonal vegetables and red onion with fresh mozzarella tossed with a cider vinaigrette. Also available with chicken or shrimp

The State College Grilled Steak Salad – strips of steak over a bed of mixed greens topped with french fries and melted cheese and topped some more with ranch dressing

Grilled Ribeye Steak – with caramelized onions and potato soufflé

Chopped Lamb Steak – served atop a slice of hearty sourdough bread with spinach and goat cheese served with a potato soufflé
